The sinking feeling when the money has left and the balance has not moved is real, and it is also when people make it worse. They pay twice, message strangers or panic on social media. Most deposit delays are matching problems, not theft. This page gives a calm order of checks. We are an independent guide with no access to payments, so the resolution comes from BDBAJEE's own support.
Check the basics first
Look at the cashier's own history. It may show the deposit as pending rather than missing. Then check your side: did the payment actually leave your account, and is there a confirmation message with a transaction ID?
Compare the amount, reference and number with what the cashier displayed. A single wrong digit can leave a payment unmatched. If in doubt, read the deposit steps again.
Gather proof
Save a screenshot of the cashier instruction, a screenshot of your payment confirmation, the transaction ID, the time, the amount in Taka (৳) and the account you paid from. These five items answer almost every question support will ask.
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Exact amount and time
- The number or account you paid
- Your BDBAJEE account name
- Screenshot of the cashier instruction
Contacting support
Use the help or chat option on BDBAJEE's own site or app. Write one clear message with the proof above, and wait. Repeating the message ten times can push you down a queue. We could not confirm support hours, so do not expect an instant reply.
Avoid any person offering to recover the money for a fee. See the article on fake agent scams.
Withdrawals that are stuck
The same principle applies to withdrawals: proof, one message, patience. Check account verification and the withdrawal page for the usual causes.
What not to do
Do not post your transaction details publicly, do not send screenshots to people who message you first, and do not install anything a stranger recommends to track the payment. Remote access apps are a favourite way to empty a wallet while you are distracted.
If you are tempted to chase the money by playing, stop. A pending deposit is a payment problem, not a reason to gamble more. Set your budget before the cashier, and leave it alone.
Give it a day of calm before escalating further, unless the cashier says otherwise. Most matched payments appear well before then, and a clear record makes the rest of the process easier.
