Nine failed logins out of ten are a wrong digit or a stale saved password. The other one is usually an address that your network has stopped loading. This page explains how to tell which you are dealing with. We are an independent guide, so we cannot see your account, reset anything or speak to BDBAJEE for you. You do everything on BDBAJEE's own site or app.
Where to log in
Open BDBAJEE's own site or app yourself. Type the address into your browser instead of tapping a link from a message. When we checked on 7 November 2026 the site was in Bengali with amounts in Taka (৳), and 24bdbajee.com, 20bdbajee.com, 21bdbajee.com and 23bdbajee.com all served the same pages.

Why a login fails
Work through the dull causes first. Caps lock, a keyboard that switched language, a password manager filling an old entry, a number typed with Bengali digits when you registered with English ones. Each of these has locked someone out.
After that, check your connection. Mobile data and home Wi-Fi sometimes treat the same address differently. If one network loads the site and another does not, the address is probably blocked on the second, not your account.

- Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the reverse
- Clear the browser cache or open a private window
- Try another address that BDBAJEE itself publishes
Password reset
Resets normally run through the contact detail you registered with, using the reset option on the sign-in screen of BDBAJEE's own site. We have not seen the exact screens behind the login, so we do not describe them. If the contact detail is out of date, you will need BDBAJEE's own support.
Treat any reset message with suspicion if you did not ask for one. Never read a code out to someone who contacts you. Support does not need your password to help you.
Mirror addresses and fake pages
Look-alike pages are common for casinos, and they exist to capture your password. Check the spelling of the full address before you type anything, and bookmark the real one once you have confirmed it.

Do not retry ten times. Check the spelling, the network and caps lock, then use the reset option or BDBAJEE support.
